Enshored Inc. is seeking a highly organized Pod Operations Specialist to support talent management campaigns from kickoff to final payment. You will partner with Talent Managers, creators, Brand Partnerships, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate tracking, on-time deliverables, and seamless workflows.

This role emphasizes meticulous records, proactive issue flagging, and efficient invoicing, with a focus on protecting creator trust and campaign success.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate.
• 1 year of experience in campaign coordination or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate deal records and pipeline visibility throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Update Affinity promptly following verbal agreements.
• Track campaign deliverables and deadlines across all active partnerships.
• Review creator content drafts against campaign requirements and brand guidelines.
• Monitor campaign progress and flag delays, risks, or issues.
• Verify live content, including links, tags, disclosures, and required deliverables.
• Support contract review, redlining, version control, and execution workflows.
• Submit accurate invoice requests within 24 hours of campaign go-live.
• Coordinate creator, client, and internal scheduling and manage travel logistics as needed.
• Execute high-volume outbound brand outreach using approved templates and messaging sequences.
