Job summary

IGO Digital Technology Inc. is seeking a Talent & Influencer Operations Specialist to own influencer campaigns end-to-end, from concept and content planning through execution and post-campaign reporting.

You will oversee talent sourcing, outreach, account servicing, performance monitoring and deliverable tracking, focusing on conversion-driven campaigns that acquire users efficiently. Collaboration with creators and partners ensures brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Multimedia Arts, Public Relations, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, campaign coordination, account management, or related roles
• Experience in social media operations, content coordination, or creator partnerships is an advantage
• Proven background in conceptualizing and executing conversion-driven influencer marketing campaigns, including content planning, creative briefing, and performance optimization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
• Familiarity with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Working knowledge of influencer analytics, conversion tracking and attribution, funnel and cost-per-acquisition metrics, and campaign performance reporting
• Strong documentation, coordination, and data management skills
