Job summary

GRB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Technical Area Manager (Industrial Safety) to drive sales of safety solutions across manufacturing, construction, and commercial sectors.

You will build client relationships, identify opportunities, and lead trainings to ensure customers can implement safety equipment effectively. The role emphasizes strategic business development, product demonstrations, and after-sales support to meet safety standards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Sales experience in industrial safety or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with CRM experience.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet KPIs.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and market industrial safety solutions across sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients in industrial sectors.
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and upselling.
• Develop understanding of industrial safety standards and regulations.
• Submit weekly sales plans and monthly forecasts.
• Track and report sales performance and adjust strategies.
• Create and implement marketing programs and contracts.
• Lead negotiations to meet sales targets.
• Provide product demos and training on safety products.
• Offer after-sales support including troubleshooting and installation.
