GRB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Technical Area Manager (Food Safety) in the Philippines.

This hybrid role combines high-level technical expertise with proactive sales strategies to drive revenue growth by promoting food safety solutions to manufacturers, retailers, and distributors. The ideal candidate will build trusted client relationships, identify new opportunities, and lead negotiations to meet ambitious sales targets while staying current with industry regulations and product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology or related field is required.
• Sales experience in food safety or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to manage customer relationships.
• Self-driven and resourceful with the ability to find solutions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Filipino and English.
• Quick learner with ability to gain technical product knowledge rapidly.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and market food safety solutions to manufacturers, retailers, and distributors.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients in the food industry.
• Identify new opportunities and upsell to increase sales.
• Conduct market analysis and stay updated on trends and regulations in food safety.
• Plan and submit weekly sales call plans and monthly forecasts.
• Prepare reports to track business performance and growth.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and sales contracts.
• Lead negotiations to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide hands-on guidance.
• Provide after-sales service including emergency deliveries and proper product usage guidance.
