Johnson Controls is seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Service Engineer to support a wide range of industrial and process refrigeration equipment. You will perform field service, maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, overhauls, plant audits, and warranty repairs while helping customers improve reliability and uptime.

The role requires traveling across Southeast Asia, supervising subcontractors, and delivering clear technical reports.

Formación

• Experience delivering field service, maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and warranty repair for industrial refrigeration systems.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and documentation from field work.
• Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia and to various client sites.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices for industrial field service.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Perform service, maintenance, commissioning, start-up, optimization, overhaul, troubleshooting, installation, and warranty repair on industrial refrigeration systems.
• Carry out detailed plant audits and prepare reports with observations and recommendations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on site and close service tickets.
• Prepare commissioning and technical documentation and weekly updates for long-term assignments.
• Support customer operations with practical guidance and on-site training.
• Travel across Southeast Asia and to onshore or offshore sites as needed.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate activities to meet site expectations.
• Identify opportunities for additional services, parts, and products during field visits.
• Build relationships with customers to support business growth.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
