Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Service Engineer to support a wide range of industrial and process refrigeration equipment. You will deliver field service, maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, overhauls, audits, and warranty repairs while helping customers improve reliability and uptime.

Travel across Southeast Asia, onshore or offshore sites, and supervision of subcontractors are part of the role.

Qualifications

Hands‑on experience with industrial and process refrigeration equipment and systems.
Ability to travel across Southeast Asia to support sites and projects.
Experience with commissioning, start‑up, and performance testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform service, maintenance, commissioning, start‑up, optimization, overhaul, troubleshooting, installation, and warranty repair work on industrial refrigeration systems.
Carry out detailed plant audits and prepare clear reports with observations and follow‑ups.
Diagnose on site, test systems, and close service tickets and field issues.
Prepare accurate service and commissioning reports and technical documentation.
Support customer operations with practical guidance and on‑site training when required.
Travel across Southeast Asia and to onshore or offshore sites as needed.
Supervise subcontractors and coordinate activities to meet site expectations.
Identify opportunities for services, parts, and products during field visits.
