Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Engineering Technician – Refrigeration to monitor and maintain industrial refrigeration systems on site in Canlubang, Laguna. The role focuses on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring safe, efficient operation.

The candidate will interpret electrical diagrams and P&IDs, oversee compressor performance, and document maintenance activities in line with plant standards. 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1 year of industrial refrigeration experience is required.
• Knowledge of compressors, thermal sensors, electrical diagrams and P&ID interpretation.
• Experience with ammonia or freon systems, HVAC or industrial chillers is a plus.
• Good communication, stress tolerance, and ability to lift at least 20kg.
• Willing to work on site in Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Monitors refrigeration systems, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Performs troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues.
• Monitors compressor operations, thermal sensors, and control systems.
• Interprets electrical diagrams, P&IDs, and drawings.
• Conducts inspections, testing and maintains maintenance records.
• Ensures safe, efficient operation aligned with plant standards.
