Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and delivery of industrial and manufacturing facility projects in Laguna on a 12-month fixed term. The role covers cost, schedule, quality, and safety, with engagement across clients, consultants, and contractors.

The ideal candidate is a licensed engineer with 3–5 years in construction project delivery, capable of coordinating design, disciplines, and procurement while advancing toward a lead PM role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PME/RME) or Licensed Electrical Engineer (PEE/REE).

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning and execution of industrial and manufacturing construction projects.
• Coordinate activities to align with approved schedules and budgets.
• Monitor progress, risks, and escalation needs; maintain project documentation.
• Review engineering drawings for completeness and compliance.
• Prepare meeting minutes and action trackers; support reporting and stakeholder communications.
