Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support industrial and manufacturing facility projects in Laguna. You will assist the Project Manager with planning, coordination, delivery, and reporting, gaining exposure through design, construction, commissioning and handover phases.

The role emphasizes cross-disciplinary collaboration, site visits, risk review, and maintaining schedules, budgets and quality, while advancing toward a lead PM role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PME/RME) or Licensed Electrical Engineer (PEE/REE).
• 3–5 years in construction project delivery, engineering or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Delivery: Support PM in planning and execution of industrial/manufacturing projects.
• Coordinate activities to align with schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, delays, and issues for escalation.
• Maintain project documentation throughout lifecycle.
• Design & Technical Coordination with consultants, designers, contractors, clients.
• Review drawings for completeness and compliance; track deliverables.
• Support design changes and change control processes.
• Construction Management Support: conduct site visits and meetings; prepare minutes.
• Monitor contractor performance and resolve construction issues.
• Cost & Commercial Support: assist budgeting, forecasting, claims review, procurement schedules.
• Project Controls & Reporting: maintain schedules, risk registers, status reports.
• Stakeholder Management: liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, internal teams.
• Health, Safety & Quality: promote safety compliance and QA/QC procedures.
