Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Engineer to develop and implement maintenance schedules for sorting machines in Bustos, Bulacan. The role requires PLC experience and strong analytical skills to optimize performance.

You will analyze machine data, coordinate with production, ensure safety compliance, manage spare parts and tools, and document findings to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of PLC systems experience in industrial settings.
• Proficient in Google Sheets for reporting and logs.
• Proficient in PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, FBD, Structured Text).
• Strong electrical systems knowledge including schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to be assigned in Bustos, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for sorting machines.
• Analyze machine performance data to prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules to minimize downtime.
• Monitor spare parts and tools for availability.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Document maintenance activities and report downtime and corrective actions.
• Identify improvements to increase machine reliability and performance.
