Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 8–12 years marketing experience with 4–5 years in leadership.
• Experience in battery/manufacturing/industrial sectors preferred.
• Proven background in B2B marketing and brand management.
• Strong understanding of battery technologies and industrial solutions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing/industrial/renewable energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets.
• Lead brand positioning in battery manufacturing and energy solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing to translate technical capabilities into marketing materials.
• Develop product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and value propositions for battery solutions.
• Support launches, technical presentations, and customer demonstrations.
• Manage marketing communications ensuring accurate representation of product performance.
