With 8–12 years of marketing experience and 4–5 years in leadership, you will collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations to translate complex tech into compelling value propositions for industrial, automotive, and energy storage markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 8–12 years in marketing with 4–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in battery manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, automotive, electronics, energy, or technical product industries preferred.
• Proven background in B2B marketing, product marketing, and strategic brand management.
• Strong understanding of battery technologies, manufacturing operations, industrial products, or engineering-based solutions.
• Knowledge of market dynamics within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or renewable energy sectors.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, marketing analytics, and campaign management.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with revenue and growth objectives.
• Lead the overall brand positioning within battery manufacturing and energy solutions.
• Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive movements.
• Create annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing to translate tech into value propositions.
• Support product launches, technical presentations, and customer demonstrations.
• Oversee marketing collaterals, brochures, catalogs, presentations, and corporate communications.
• Manage digital marketing including website, social media, email campaigns, and lead generation.
