Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an Industrial Engineer for our Manila-area operations. The role focuses on analyzing production processes, identifying efficiency improvements, and implementing solutions to optimize labor utilization and reduce waste.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering with 1–2 years of production experience. Face-to-face interviews are preferred, with salary starting at 25k and a comprehensive benefits package after one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 1-2 years experience in production/manufacturing.
• Preference for Manila-based applicants who can report for face-to-face interview and complete requirements.
• Proven experience in production process optimization, layout design, and work measurement.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Industrial Engineer analyzes production processes, identifies improvement areas and implements solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
