Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, or sales operations is an advantage.
Knowledge in production processes and inventory management is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
Knowledge of corrugated box manufacturing processes is an advantage.
Ability to analyze production efficiency and recommend improvements.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Assist in production planning and scheduling for corrugated box manufacturing operations.
Monitor raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to meet delivery schedules.
Analyze production data to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Prepare production reports and monitor daily output.
Support process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for corrugated box packaging products.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and product discussions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Coordinate with Planning and Production teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
Monitor customer orders, delivery schedules, and account concerns.
Assist in achieving sales targets and expanding the company’s customer base.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Gather market and competitor information to support business growth strategies.
Support account management and business development activities.
