Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, or sales operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge in production processes and inventory management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production planning and scheduling for corrugated box manufacturing operations.
• Monitor raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Analyze production data to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Prepare production reports and monitor daily output.
• Support process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for corrugated box packaging products.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and product discussions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with Planning and Production teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Monitor customer orders, delivery schedules, and account concerns.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and expanding the company’s customer base.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Gather market and competitor information to support business growth strategies.
• Support account management and business development activities.
