Job summary

BOOSTERFOODS, INC. in Pasig, Philippines is seeking an Inventory and Production Planner to assist in preparing production plans, monitor inventories, and coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability.

You will track stock movements, prepare reports, support stock counts, and help implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining accurate documentation and timely replenishment of materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Product Development, or a related field.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, specifications, and testing methods.
• Knowledge of inventory management and production planning processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation.
• Fresh graduates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and monitoring production plans and schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure material availability.
• Track material consumption, stock movements, and production requirements.
• Identify potential inventory shortages, excess stocks, and discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory and production reports and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor production progress and update schedules as needed.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and physical stock counts.
• Ensure timely replenishment of materials based on production requirements.
• Support inventory control initiatives and process improvements.
• Maintain proper documentation related to production planning and inventory transactions.
• Develop and evaluate packaging materials based on quality, functionality, cost, and product requirements.
• Conduct packaging testing and trials & coordinate with Product Development.
• Source and evaluate packaging and printing suppliers.
• Coordinate supplier samples, prototypes, quotations, & technical requirements.
• Review packaging artwork, proofs, mock-ups, and printed samples.
• Support packaging procurement, cost monitoring, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain packaging specifications, samples, and technical documentation.
