Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) degree required.

• Experience in production, inventory, warehouse, or operations is an advantage.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular inventory checking and reconciliation.
• Monitor raw materials, supplies, and production stocks.
• Assist in production planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate production requirements with warehouse and operations teams.
• Monitor daily production output and production targets.
• Prepare inventory and production reports.
• Identify inventory discrepancies, production delays, and process issues.
• Assist in improving workflow, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Maintain proper documentation of inventory and production activities.
• Perform other IE and operations-related tasks as assigned.
