Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.

Knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations is an advantage.
Knowledge of time study, work measurement, and process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to work in a production environment.
Willing to work on-site and interact with production personnel.

Responsibilities

Check and improve production processes to help increase productivity and efficiency.
Conduct time studies to check how long tasks take and find ways to improve work.
Identify production delays, problems, and areas that need improvement.
Help improve work methods, employee tasks, and the use of materials and equipment.
Monitor daily production output and check if targets are being met.
Prepare and review production reports and data.
Help reduce waste, unnecessary work, and production costs.
Work with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and other departments to solve production problems.
