Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic management support to member companies through workshops, planning preparations, and development of Balanced Scorecard dashboards for performance alignment.
• Oversees the annual strategic planning and budgeting process and conducts monthly reviews to track progress.
• Performs organizational reviews to assess operational effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Organizes and leads monthly and quarterly business planning sessions for the group of companies.
• Communicates and reports on strategic plans using Balanced Scorecards and dashboards for clear stakeholder insights.
• Oversees budget preparation and consolidation across departments and drives automation of planning processes.
• Researches macroeconomic and market trends to support strategy and decision-making for affiliate companies.
• Coordinates with shareholders, leads company-wide meetings, and supports corporate initiatives with the conglomerate board guidance.
• Evaluates and coaches staff, aligning appraisals with KPIs to drive performance and engagement.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by company officials.

Job description

1. Operations Research: Using mathematical modeling, statistics, and optimization to make better business and logistical decisions.

2. Supply Chain & Logistics: Designing the most effective ways to store, transport, and distribute products and services.

3. Ergonomics & Human Factors: Designing safe and efficient workstations and processes that maximize human well-being and productivity.

4. Quality Control: Implementing methodologies (like Six Sigma) to ensure products and services meet exact industry and consumer standards.

5. Production Planning: Coordinating machinery, tools, and labor to convert raw materials into finished goods sustainably.

Major Responsibilities

1. Provides strategic management support to OGC member companies by facilitating strategic planning workshops, coordinating planning preparations, and developing and implementing Balanced Scorecard Dashboards for MANCOM to enhance strategic alignment, improve decision-making, and drive organizational performance.

2. Oversees the annual strategic planning and budgeting process, ensuring timely implementation and conducting monthly reviews in order to track progress against the annual plan.

3. Performs organizational reviews to assess operational effectiveness, offering recommendations based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, and internal process improvements.

4. Organizes and leads monthly and quarterly business planning sessions for Motortrade and the Group of Companies.

5. Communicates and reports on strategic and annual business plans using Balanced Scorecard, Strategy Maps, and Dashboards in order to ensure clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.

6. Oversees budget preparation and consolidation across departments, analyze financial results with accounting, and lead the automation of budget planning processes to ensure accurate financial planning, enhance efficiency, and support informed decision-making across the organization.

7. Researches and reports on macro environmental, industry, and market trends, develop market knowledge, and provide business intelligence services, including facilitating management report implementations and managing business intelligence system reports in order to support strategy and decision-making for OG member companies.

8. Coordinate with shareholders and stakeholders, manage company-wide meetings and arrangements, report to the Management Committee of conglomerate affiliates, and support CSM-related projects or consultations with OGC Affiliates, while also reporting to the Conglomerate Board of Directors to ensure effective communication, alignment of strategic objectives, and successful execution of corporate initiatives.

9. Evaluates, coaches, and recognizes direct reports and staff, aligning appraisals with agreed KPIs in order to drive high performance and sustained engagement within the Department.

10. Performs other tasks given by the company official as the need arises.
