Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our operations team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems, motors, and controls used in our automated quicklime production facility.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, control systems, and industrial machines
• Perform regular inspection of motors, switchboards, transformers, lighting, and PLC systems
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform corrective actions with minimal downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, electrical codes, and maintenance standards
• Coordinate with engineers and mechanics for preventive maintenance and upgrades
• Maintain detailed reports of repairs, replacements, and electrical logs
• TESDA NC II or NC III in Electrical Installation & Maintenance or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as an electrician in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of motor control, electrical panels, VFDs, and industrial automation systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals
• Safety-conscious and physically fit for fieldwork
• Willing to work onsite in San Ildefonso, Bulacan
