Job summary

Convalesce, Inc. is seeking an experienced electrician to support electrical installation, maintenance, and repair across construction sites and manufacturing plants in Metro Manila. The role requires hands-on work with low and medium voltage systems and interpretation of electrical diagrams.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience and TESDA NCII certification, with strong knowledge of PEC standards and safety procedures. Occasional travel to project locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a TESDA NCII certificate in Electrical Installation & Maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in industrial/commercial electrical installations.
• Strong understanding of low and medium voltage systems.
• Knowledgeable in PEC standards, codes, and safety procedures.
• Proficient in interpreting electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in construction sites and manufacturing plants.
• Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and diagrams for installation and troubleshooting.
• Perform wiring for lighting power distribution, control panels, and equipment connections.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and electrical codes.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on electrical systems and machinery.
• Troubleshoot faults and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and contractors for project implementation.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe condition.
• Prepare basic reports on maintenance activities and incidents.
