Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines seeks a Sr. Software Manufacturing Engineer (C# Developer) to design, develop, and troubleshoot automation software for manufacturing lines, focusing on C# development and integration with PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems.

You will collaborate across electrical, mechanical, IT, and production teams, implement secure and reliable control networks, and document systems and training materials for operators and maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• We require a minimum of 5 years in industrial automation or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in C# for industrial applications.
• Experience integrating PLCs, HMI, and SCADA systems in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider).
• Develop and maintain control logic for manufacturing processes.
• Perform system integration and commissioning of automation equipment.
• Configure and secure industrial networks and cyber security practices.
• Develop HMI screens and SCADA interfaces and provide operator training.
