Job summary

HRTx Inc. invites a Process Innovation & Automation Engineer to lead automation initiatives across our food manufacturing operations.

You will identify opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, coordinate with suppliers, and drive end-to-end project delivery from scoping through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong PLC/SCADA knowledge, hands-on testing, and collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; PE license is a plus.
• 5+ years in process innovation, automation, or project mgmt in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, sensors, and controls.
• Experience with capital equipment projects and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities to提升 productivity and efficiency across manufacturing.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and CAPEX proposals.
• Lead supplier sourcing, vendor evaluation, and equipment qualification.
• Oversee FAT/SAT, installation, commissioning, and handover to ops.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, QA, R&D, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, safety, and company standards.
