Job summary

HRTx Inc in Laguna, Philippines, is seeking a Process Automation Engineer to lead automation initiatives, shaping efficiency and manufacturing performance. Work setup is Monday–Friday, dayshift, on-site at the Laguna facility.

You will identify process-improvement opportunities, define project scopes and timelines, evaluate suppliers, and oversee installation and qualification from planning to turnover with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PRC license is advantageous.
Minimum 5 years in process innovation, automation, or manufacturing engineering in food manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, industrial automation, PLC programming, control systems, and mechanization.
Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.
Willing to travel and conduct site visits as needed to support project implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead automation and process improvement initiatives to boost manufacturing efficiency and performance.
Identify opportunities for process innovation and develop project scopes, timelines, and technical requirements.
Manage supplier evaluation and selection to ensure equipment meets standards.
Prepare proposals, secure funding, and oversee projects from planning to implementation.
