Job summary

Alsons/AWS Information Systems Inc. is seeking a results-oriented sales and marketing professional to promote and sell industrial automation products and services.

You will visit clients, evaluate needs, propose solutions, and grow a robust customer base across diverse industries. Key duties include preparing quotations, tenders, and proposals; maintaining client relationships; meeting targets; and generating weekly/monthly sales reports.

Qualifications

• With a degree in Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering or an equivalent course.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, is an advantage.
• Independent, driven, and results oriented.
• Strong analytical skills; self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Able to work effectively with individuals at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sales and marketing of Advanced Automation related products and systems for Chemical, Food & Beverage, and other industries, including distributors.
• Visit active and prospective clients to evaluate needs and recommend the appropriate products or services
• Find new clients to sell our products.
• Maintain good relationship with existing clients.
• Prepare quotation, tender, sales report, presentation and proposal material.
• Able to meet booking targets and work independently.
• Ensure timely fulfilment of orders
• Proactively respond to customer needs.
• Provide consultation to clients on technical issues
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales report
