Job summary

Indsec Securities and Finance Limited is seeking a Vice President – Institutional Equities Research & Sales with 10–20 years of experience to lead its research and sales team. The role involves guiding 4–5 analysts and 2–3 sales traders, and reporting directly to the MD & CEO.

The candidate should drive routine equity research, client presentations, and quarterly updates while leveraging their extensive network to win new empanelments and expand wallet share.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Institutional Research and Sales experience is a must.
• Strong Industry Network, Contacts and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Multiple Sectors

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-5 analysts and 2-3 sales traders in equity research and sales activities.

• Lead routine equity research and sales activities (IC reports, quarterly updates, client meetings).
• Service and grow share of wallet from existing empanelments.

• We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in the stockbroking industry to lead our research and sales team.
• An individual with an entrepreneurial mindset wanting to maximize returns from his/her network will flourish in the role.
