Job summary

Indsec is seeking an experienced equity research professional to lead coverage of FMCG, Consumer Durables, Capital Goods & Engineering and Banking sectors. The role reports to the VP – Institutional Equities and involves guiding a small team in IC reports, updates, and client meetings.

The candidate should have a robust industry network, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to grow share of wallet with existing clients while pursuing new empanelments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Institutional Research experience.
• Strong industry network and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge of core sector.
• Ability to work effectively in teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead coverage of FMCG, Consumer Durables, Capital Goods & Engineering and Banking sectors.
• Report directly to VP – Institutional Equities.
• Lead a team of up to 2 associates/junior analysts in conducting routine equity research activities.
• Grow share of wallet from existing empanelments like banks and funds.
• Leverage network to pitch for new empanelments.
