Job summary

LAPP Philippines is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive to provide commercial and technical support to our customer base, coordinating with partners to improve service levels and achieve annual budgets.

You will manage teleselling and telemarketing, use CRM/C4C for activities, and drive new opportunities through cross-selling while coordinating with ODS, CS, and Technical/Business Support.

Responsibilities

• Manage teleselling and tele-marketing call activities to increase Customer Reactivation, Retention and New Acquisition.
• Coordinate with relevant departments pertaining to Orders, Delivery, Technical concerns and other customer needs.
• Handle customer inquiries through e-commerce platforms (Shopify and others) and provide solutions or coordinate with the relevant department.
