EY's Global Delivery Services Risk Management Services in the Philippines is seeking an Associate Analyst/Analyst to support independence, conflicts, compliance and risk assessment for audit clients. You will evaluate client engagements and help mitigate risks, working in a dynamic, unstructured environment.

Ideal candidates have a degree in accounting/finance, 1 year in research or finance, and strong communication, analytical and collaboration skills, with exposure to international client

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
• 1 year of work experience in Research Analyst roles, Finance roles, Secondary Research, or similar functions.
• Exposure to international customer or client interactions (preferred).
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Understanding of financial instruments such as shares, mutual funds, and insurance.

• Conduct research using both systematic and intuitive secondary research techniques.
• Analyze the research findings, draw inferences and conclusions in response to the research requirement.
• Understands key requirements of firm and regulators’ risk management rules and policies.
• Uses analytical and project management methodology and tools.
• Completes all assigned projects/tasks in line with the standard operating procedures.
• Ensures completeness, accuracy and appropriateness of all tasks assigned.
• Facilitates and drives the process to completion by timely following up on requests from engagement teams.
• Plans and organizes own work and keeps the project managers/key stakeholders informed of status and activities.
• Performs a self-review of the results prior to submitting to the project managers.
• Flags issues/potential challenges to the project managers at an appropriate time so that timely action can be initiated.
