Job summary

Another Home To Grow Academy, Inc. in Quezon City invites applications for Special Education Teachers to support Nursery through Grade 4 students in inclusive, classroom-based instruction.

You will lead daily lessons, develop and monitor IEPs, and adapt instruction to meet diverse needs while collaborating with school leaders to advance our mission.

Candidates with SPED degree, PRC/LPT licensure preferred, and a willingness to pursue licensure if needed are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education preferred; Education or Psychology graduates welcome.
• PRC/LPT licensure preferred or willingness to obtain within the first year.
• Fresh graduates welcome; prior experience valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily instructional activities for Kinder to Grade 4 learners.
• Design and manage IEPs with measurable goals and progress tracking.
• Differentiate curriculum to support diverse learners.
• Document behaviors and provide data-driven feedback.
• Collaborate with school leadership to align inclusive practices.
