Ubiquity in the Philippines is seeking a Receiving & Inbound Logistics Support to uphold Head, Heart, Hustle. Qualifications

• Experience in inbound logistics and supporting US operations preferred.
• Familiarity with NetSuite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent coordination with freight forwarders, brokers, and warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inbound shipment updates in the container tracking chart and NetSuite.
• Track ETD/ETA, customs clearance, delivery orders, and related milestones.
• Follow up with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and trucking companies for updates and documents.
• Report shipment delays, vessel rollovers, customs issues, and delivery problems.
• Coordinate deliveries based on warehouse hours, capacity, and priorities.
• Monitor container deadlines to help prevent demurrage and detention charges.
• Maintain organized shipment communications and issue-resolution records.
• Leverage inbound logistics experience (ideally supporting US operations) and NetSuite familiarity.
