Royal Caribbean Group in the Philippines is looking for an Agent, CO Inbound Sales to be the first point of contact for guests calling our contact center. You will use sales techniques to close on one call and service direct guests through reservations.

This role emphasizes meeting weekly and monthly sales goals, maintaining brand standards, and collaborating with other departments to secure accurate information and final bookings, while delivering outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 1 year of phone sales experience.
• Ability to use sound judgment and qualifying questions to navigate the sales process.
• Apply effective sales techniques to address guest concerns and secure the sale on one call.
• Demonstrate ability to build relationships and understand guest motivation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally about vacation details per brand standards.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Must adhere to assigned schedule and CVP objectives.
• Computer knowledge and skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate guest needs and identify products that best fit, providing sales recommendations and creating accurate reservations.
• Service existing reservations per guest requests following business rules.
• Provide one-call resolution on all calls.
• Coordinate with other departments to secure accurate information and finalize reservations.
• Apply customer service standards in all guest interactions.
• Capture pertinent information and payments during interactions.
• Maintain brand standards in guest inquiries.
• Ensure guest inquiries are handled efficiently within call times.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor or management.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and deliver sales conversions per targets.
