Job summary

CASAMIA FURNITURE CENTER, INC. is seeking a store associate to deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience while supporting sales with product guidance and attentive service. You will ensure store standards are met and product availability is maintained.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and teamwork within a fast-paced retail environment. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior sales or stock experience is a plus. On-site work in Pasay, Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Atleast Senior HS graduate.
• Preferably with sales, inventory management and customer service experience.
• Fresh college graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must have good communication skills and pleasing personality.

Responsibilities

• Follow and comply with company policies, procedures, and store standards.
• Maintain product availability by replenishing stocks on display and coordinating stock concerns when needed.
• Arrange merchandise neatly and maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready selling area.
• Guide customers to the payment counter and assist with next steps of their purchase.
• Welcome and acknowledge customers promptly, warmly, and professionally.
• Understand customer needs and assist in selecting products based on style, color, size, function, and preference.
• Provide accurate and helpful product information to support confident purchase decisions.
• Build positive customer relationships through courteous, attentive, and efficient service.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with patience, empathy, and a solution-focused approach.
• Support sales goals by identifying opportunities to recommend suitable products and encourage additional purchases.
• Work collaboratively with store colleagues to maintain smooth daily operations and a positive shopping experience.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a customer-first mindset in all interactions.
• Represent the OUR HOME brand positively through appearance, behavior, communication, and service.
