Job summary

Salmon Group Ltd. is seeking a Sales Ambassador to drive motorcycle loan acquisition at partner dealer stores. You will engage walk-in clients, guide them through the loan process, and ensure accurate documentation and smooth unit release.

Responsibilities include sales conversions, app-based processing, inventory monitoring, and coordinating with store personnel to align dealer operations with Salmon processes. Compliance and quality checks are essential in every step of the cycle.

Qualifications

Experience engaging customers in retail or dealership settings.
Understanding loan application processes and required documentation.
Familiarity with KYC/compliance basics.
Strong attention to detail in document handling.

Responsibilities

Engage walk-in customers and drive loan applications.
Guide customers through Salmon Moto Loan process and explain terms.
Assist with app-based application processing and data encoding.
Verify customer IDs and supporting documents for submission.
Prepare documents for signing and ensure accuracy across forms.
Monitor motorcycle inventory and communicate statuses to head office.
Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth customer handling and loan processing.
Maintain compliance and proper documentation control; escalate discrepancies.
