Job summary

Salmon Group Ltd is seeking a Sales Ambassador to drive motorcycle loan acquisitions at partner dealer stores. You will engage walk-in customers, guide them through the loan process, and coordinate documentation for unit releases.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at partner dealer stores to drive motorcycle loan acquisition.
• Guide customers through the Salmon Moto Loan application process and explain terms.
• Assist in completing loan applications via Salmon Agent App and ensure accurate data entry.
• Collect IDs and supporting documents; verify completeness before submission.
• Prepare documents for customer signing during unit release and ensure accuracy across papers.
• Monitor motorcycle inventory and report status to head office and Inventory Manager.
• Maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers and dealer staff for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with KYC and documentation standards and escalate discrepancies.
