Job summary

Salmon Group Ltd. is seeking a Sales Ambassador to drive motorcycle loan acquisition and on-ground execution at partner dealer stores in Metro Manila.

You will engage customers, guide them through the loan application process, and ensure accurate documentation for submission and release. Responsibilities include processing applications via the Salmon Agent App, coordinating with store personnel, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance across all documents.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging customers and driving sales in a retail/dealer environment.
• Ability to guide customers through loan applications and explain terms clearly.
• Strong attention to documentation, KYC, and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers in partner dealer stores to drive loan applications.
• Guide customers through the Salmon Moto Loan application process and explain product features.
• Process applications via the Salmon Agent App and ensure complete, accurate data entry.
• Collect and verify IDs and supporting documents for submission.
• Prepare documents for customer signing and oversee release execution.
• Monitor inventory movements and report status to Head Office.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers and dealer staff for smooth operations.
• Ensure documents meet compliance requirements and escalate discrepancies as needed.
