Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement (Walk-in Clients) within partner dealer stores
• Proactively approach and engage walk-in customers
• Guide customers through the Salmon Moto Loan application process
• Explain product features, loan terms, perks, and benefits
• Handle inquiries to support decision-making
• Assist customers in completing loan applications via the Salmon Agent App
• Ensure accurate encoding of customer information during application
• Collect and verify IDs and documents
• Ensure completeness of documents prior to submission
• Prepare documents for customer signing during unit release
• Verify motorcycle unit condition prior to release
• Set up marketing materials during release activities
• Monitor motorcycle inventory and report status to Head Office
• Flag discrepancies in inventory to stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with Branch Managers and dealer staff
• Coordinate with store personnel to ensure smooth customer handling and loan processing
• Ensure all documents meet compliance and KYC requirements
• Endorse documents to back-office and escalate discrepancies or potential fraud
