St. Joseph Drug is seeking a Trade Marketing Associate to support in-store marketing initiatives across branches. You will help implement promotions, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor campaign execution to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

The role requires 2-4 years in trade marketing or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and basic data analysis including Excel. Knowledge of retail operations and product visibility will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business administration, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in trade marketing, retail operations, merchandising, and promotions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow execution standards.
• Basic data analysis and Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing trade marketing campaigns across all store branches or in select branches for local store marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with suppliers on promotional requirements and materials.
• Prepare basic reports on campaign execution and product movement.
• Maintain records of trade marketing activities, budgets, and supplier support.
