You will ensure promotions and supplier activities are implemented to drive sales and enhance customer experience, collaborating with store operations, purchasing, and suppliers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or FMCG/pharmacy industry.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and promotions.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow execution standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic data analysis and Excel skills.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
