Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Makati invites applications for an In‑Room Dining Supervisor to lead the preopening In‑Room Dining team, delivering the brand’s legendary service standards and ensuring seamless operations for guests.

You will supervise the team, coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues, maintain high guest satisfaction, uphold luxury standards, and drive flawless dining experiences in a newly opened five-star setting in Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in Food & Beverage within luxury or fine dining with supervisory exposure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and service excellence standards.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial handling.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Oversee in-room dining from order to delivery.
• Lead and supervise the In‑Room Dining team.
• Maintain dining standards aligned with Forbes Travel Guide and LQA.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and service teams.
• Ensure accurate billing and clear bills.
• Uphold luxury brand standards and cleanliness.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
