Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and business-oriented In-House Legal

Counsel to provide legal guidance and support across the organization. The primary responsibility of this role is to review, draft, negotiate, and manage a high volume of commercial contracts, with particular focus on agreements with travel agents, corporate clients, suppliers, service providers, and business partners, ensuring that all contracts protect the company's interests and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will also provide legal advice on employment and labor matters, including employee-employer relations, HR policies, employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, and compliance with Philippine labor laws. Working closely with management and cross-functional teams, the In-House Legal Counsel will help identify and mitigate legal risks, strengthen contract

governance, resolve legal issues, and provide practical, business-focused legal

solutions that support the company's operations and long-term growth.
