Job summary

OneLot Financing Corporation in Makati City seeks a Corporate Legal Counsel to own legal matters across litigation, contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate affairs. You will manage cases, draft and negotiate agreements, address regulatory requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve legal and operational challenges, reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Licensed Philippine lawyer and member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.
• 2–5 years of relevant legal practice.
• Experience preparing pleadings, managing cases, and appearing before courts or administrative bodies.
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial or finance-related agreements.
• Working knowledge of Philippine corporate and commercial laws, secured transactions, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino, with sound judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation, disputes, and regulatory matters for the company across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate financing agreements, loan documents, and security instruments.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and internal controls.
• Provide practical legal guidance to cross-functional teams on day-to-day business decisions.
