OneLot Financing Corporation is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to own all legal matters across litigation, contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate affairs. This hands-on role requires managing cases, drafting and negotiating agreements, addressing regulatory requirements, and partnering with multiple teams to resolve legal and operational challenges.

Reporting to the CEO, you will advise on commercial decisions, protect the company’s interests, and ensure ongoing legal risk

Qualificações

• Licensed Philippine lawyer in good standing.
• 2–5 years of relevant legal practice, including litigation, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to independently manage legal matters, assess risks, and provide practical recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee litigation and dispute resolution for the company.
• Draft, review, and negotiate financing agreements, loan documents, and other commercial contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SEC rules, data privacy, anti-money laundering, and consumer protection laws.
• Advise on corporate governance, employment matters, and day-to-day legal support across departments.
