Job summary

Passport Global seeks a logistics analyst to coordinate 3PL activities, manage WMS data, and drive process improvements. You will create ASNs, manage SKUs, monitor inbound shipments, and generate weekly performance reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into insights.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to perform in challenging and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and warehouse management software.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for 3PLs.
• Create ASNs for incoming shipments in the warehouse management system.
• Manage SKUs in WMS, including creation of new products prior to launches.
• Monitor inbound shipments and reconcile discrepancies in receipts.
• Monitor 3PL performance to meet SLAs and create weekly reports.
• Manage projects at 3PLs, including kitting and pack-out of B2B shipments.
• Analyze shipment, order, and inventory data to determine efficiencies.
• Help document and improve supply chain processes.
• Drive continuous improvements across initiatives.
