Job summary

HCM Nexus Consulting Inc is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and serve as the Management Representative for the Integrated Management System (IMS).

You will manage ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001, audits, risk, compliance, and drive continuous improvement across UK and Philippines teams, reporting to the Managing Director. This is a hands-on leadership role focusing on quality, security, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership in operations, quality, or management systems.
• Experience with ISO-certified management systems (9001/27001).
• Audits, risk management, and document control experience.
• Cross-functional coordination across teams/time zones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and IMS management representative duties.
• Manage internal and external audits, corrective actions, and compliance.
• Coordinate supplier and vendor management and procurement activities.
• Lead projects, track timelines, and provide status reports to senior management.
• Manage information security, risk, and business continuity activities.
• Coordinate UK and Philippines teams for operational alignment.
