Qualifications

• IMS Lead Auditor Certification (ISO/IEC 17021) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of audit experience (internal or external).
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Strong communication skills in English and/or other languages.
• Ability to manage multiple audit engagements and travel 40–60%.
• Professional demeanor and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Lead Audits across integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Develop and execute audit plans tailored to client complexity and risk.
• Lead audit teams and mentor junior auditors on-site.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Maintain audit documentation and ensure BV audit protocol compliance.
• Build client relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with evolving standards and best practices.
• Contribute to quality assurance of audit processes and team performance.
