Job summary

Globe is seeking an experienced leader to head the Integrated Management System (IMS) governance. You will own the IMS governance lifecycle, ensuring an enterprise-wide, unified framework that is audit-ready, performance-driven and continuously improving.

You will drive the development of the IMS strategy and roadmap, define standards and operating model, and ensure cross-standard integration across the organization. This role requires strategic oversight and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Integrated Management System governance across ISO standards.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and enterprise risk management.
• Proven ability to drive standardization, streamlining, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop the enterprise IMS strategy and roadmap.
• Define governance principles, standards and operating model for integrated management systems.
• Ensure cross-system integration and harmonization of management processes.
• Manage governance calendar, architecture and certification strategy.
• Provide executive governance oversight and decision support.
• Lead certification planning, registrar relationships and surveillance initiatives.
