Job summary

Offshore Business Processing in the Philippines is seeking a detail‑oriented specialist to manage rates and quotations for freight forwarding and logistics, including entering and updating client and supplier rates, costings, and tariff data.

This on‑site role uses EDI costings systems and requires updating exchange rates, chasing opportunities, and maintaining accurate costing records, with on‑site work in Ortigas or Cubao and morning/weekend schedules. Training provided and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Sales Support experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with patience and efficiency.
• Tech-savvy with fast learning ability for new systems.
• Positive attitude and professionalism in tough situations.

Responsibilities

• Entering/updating rates for client and supplier (rates & quotations management).
• EDI costings/quote systems handling.
• Manage client rates and costing accuracy.
• Maintain company tariff schedules and update exchange rates.
• Chase rate opportunities and register them.
• Update client/supplier rates and spot quotations.

Rates and Quotations Management

• Entering/updating new rates (lines) – client & supplier
• EDI costings/quote systems
• Client rates – costing management
• Company tariff management
• Chasing rates
• Opportunity Registration
• Communication registration

Client Specific Tasks:

• Downloading the quotation record SOP
• Downloading the rate template

Current Tasklist in CargoSphere (Sea)

Other tasks within the scope:

Requirements
