Job summary

Offshore Business Processing is hiring for a Customer Service/Sales Support role within the Freight Forwarding and Logistics sector in Metro Manila. The candidate will handle quotes, imports, and coordination with warehouses, with a focus on accuracy and excellent English communication.

This onsite position requires availability in Ortigas, Pasig, and Cubao. Immediate start is preferred and the schedule is flexible to accommodate business demands.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in Customer Service or Sales Support in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent English skills in both written and oral.
• Ability to cope with repetitive or continuous support queries.
• Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• With positive attitude towards difficult situations.
• Can start ASAP and amenable to any work schedule.
• Ok to work onsite in Ortigas Pasig and Cubao.

Responsibilities

• Process quotes and follow-ups for OBC/AOG.
• Handle air import tasks such as lodging under bonds and out-turns in Cargowise.
• Coordinate with warehouses and troubleshoot weekend air freight collections.
• Register jobs.
