Job summary

RealPage, Inc. in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Contract Account Representative I to process orders, ensure accuracy in pricing and contracts, and support Revenue Operations. You’ll work with the team to resolve issues, maintain documentation, and contribute to key initiatives.

The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setup, with onsite training and ongoing collaboration with US-based operations.

• SME in order/data entry or CSR industry

Responsibilities

• Process/manage orders based on performance metrics defined by leadership
• Escalate issues and provide recommendations to Revenue Operations Team Lead or Senior
• Be proactive in addressing concerns and opportunities for improvement
• Respond to internal customers via email/phone/chatter in a timely manner
• Serve as back-up according to business needs and coverage requirements
• Perform ad hoc related tasks as assigned
• Maintain knowledge of standard legal agreements and product terms for quotes
• Review orders for correct product information, pricing, and contracts
• Promote collaboration within team members
• Ensure day-to-day due diligence performance

What You'll Do

The Contract Account Representative I is expected to be hands‑on and knowledgeable in business systems and products being offered by the business. S/he is primary responsible for ensuring timely processing of order requests with less than 24-hour business day passing quality assurance and expected to participate in the business unit and team's key initiatives supporting goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Process/manage orders based on performance metrics as defined by leadership team
• Escalates issues and or provide sound recommendation to the Revenue Operations Team Lead or Senior; should be able to provide and develop solution to problems
• Be proactive in addressing concerns and opportunities for improvement
• Responds to internal customers in a timely manner via email/phone/chatter
• Serves as back‑up according to business need and support coverage
• Perform Ad hoc related tasks
• Maintain and improve working knowledge of standard legal agreements and required product terms in support of quote generation through trainings and refresher courses
• Review orders for correct product information, pricing, and contract agreements
• Promotes effective collaboration within team members
• Ensures day to day due diligence performance

Work Schedule & Setup

• Must be willing to work onsite during the first 90 days of training
• Hybrid setup begins on the 4th month, with two onsite days per week
• Supports US business operations - Fixed graveyard shift schedule with night differential pay
